Sometimes I think that perhaps I should go into the postcard making business. While we were at Rocky River Park with Beth and Scott I snapped a few pictures that I thought looked like postcard pictures. I'm having so much more fun labeling my pictures now that I'm learning how to fancy up the text with Photoshop.

Day 180: Baby Isaac
I have been hard at work getting pictures done. Sometimes I feel like my eyeballs are going to fall our from staring at our computer for so long. Then I look at the pictures and realize it is all worth it! I love these pictures and the way they turned out. Perhaps I'm bias, and think that these pictures are some of the best baby pictures ever, because the subject is my nephew, but I honestly think he is one of the most photogenic babies in the world. I'm pretty sure the reason why Isaac is so photogenic is because of his beautiful mom. I love how Beth looks amazing in all the pictures. I'm so happy with the way all of these turned out!

Day 179: Young's Dairy
Over the weekend Boyd and I went down to Yellow Springs Ohio. Boyd used to go here as a child and his family would always stop at Young's Dairy.
The first thing Boyd mentioned about Young's were the goats. He said he could remember eating ice cream and petting goats. So that's what we did. We got lunch, went around petting the goats, and ate ice cream!
We even got to see baby goats! They were SO cute!
They had a life size tractor there too.

Day 178: Retiring An Old Fave
If anyone knows Allison well, they know that she loves flip-flops. Most of the pairs that she has, though, are disgusting looking. As such, I've been getting on her case to buy new ones, and ones that aren't so cheap. She finally gave in to my nagging on a sporadic trip to our favorite outlets. In memory of nasty flops:
Day 177: CJ's Smile
Today was a very special day for CJ. He was christened today.
For a serious kid, CJ sure has an fantastically happy smile!
The only way we could get a smile out of him was by having Boyd hold him while his mom was dancing and calling out his name from behind the camera. This went on for a good minute before he finally smiled. But we caught it.

Day 176: Camping at John Bryan
This weekend we went camping with Carrie, Kelly, and the girls. We had so much fun! Boyd used to go camping at the John Bryan State Park when he was a kid.
We built a fire with wood that we collected from the forest.
We played with the fire.
We took some pictures
I made the girls sit on this tree. We got most of our wood from it.
This was their favorite. They kept telling everybody about this tree and how it had fallen over and you could see the roots.
We toasted some mallows
And made some s'mores
This is Boyd's perfect mallow
In the morning we woke up to this spider web hanging from a tree. It wasn't there the night before. I can't believe how perfect it was. It was like something from Charlotte's Web. This also reminds me of how we would hike around and get spider webs in our faces.
We hiked around the Clifton Gorge. It was a "gorgeous gorge" as Carrie would put it.
Best of all we played shoot the raccoon. (with your flashlight) These rascally little devils had no fear and at night they kept sneaking around our campsite. Boyd, Kelly, and I would listen for them and then spotlight them with our flashlights. Boyd said that was the most fun he had ever had with a flashlight. I have never heard a raccoon hiss and growl before. It totally freaked me out. I even had a night mare that night that the raccoons took their little claws and slowly sliced their way into our tent. In the morning we saw this mom with her two babies.
I wish I had my nice camera.

Day 175: Baby Sam Sneak Peek
I have ALWAYS wanted to take a picture like this. Since I have been doing photography I have tried time and time again to get this shot. Today was a successful day. Out of all the babies I have ever done, baby Sam is the only baby who actually enjoyed this pose. I love looking at this picture. It makes me so happy.

Day 174: The Cat Squirrel
When Boyd and I first moved into our apartment we saw this thing one evening. At first we thought it was a cat because it was so big, but we later found out we have a gigantic squirrel. So now we just call it the cat squirrel. Today I spotted it, ran inside, grabbed my camera, and luckily, it was still there waiting for me.
What a lazy little bum
I even caught the cat squirrel scratching itself.
When he realized I was staring at him, the cat squirrel ran around the tree to a different spot and I followed it. We played this game till both of us had circled the tree three times. Then he got tired and flopped down. I won.

Day 173: The Biggest Piece Of Dryer Lint Ever
This weekend we bought some new towels.
When Boyd pulled them out of the dryer he came running back with this beast
