Disney World: Hollywood Studios

Day 4: Hollywood Studios

Favorite ride of the day: Star Tours!
These kiddos kept begging to go on it again and again.
My favorite part was Eli trying to hold his hands in the air the whole time.
He kept nudging me and saying " Look no hands"
as he pumped his fists in the air super man style. Love that kid

Micah and I rocked the Rock ' n' Roller Coaster

Another one of our favorites. Amazingly Boyd and I tied!

Disney World: Magic Kingdom

Day 3 at Disney: Magic Kingdom

So, every time we have been to Disney for some crazy reason Big Thunder Mountain is closed. Well, not this time! I finally got to ride that railroad. I was so excited! Every since I was a little girl I have always wanted to ride this ride. I saw Miss Piggy riding it and told myself I too will ride this ride.

 Next up:
Lunch at the Beast's Castle
 It was sooooooo cool!
If you go do Disney, you MUST eat lunch here
Not to mention I ate the best roast beef sandwich in my life.

Then I topped it off with a lemon raspberry cream puff. Delicious

 Love this ride!

Yummy yummy dole whip float!

Love my team Alice/Allison

Disney World: Epcot

 Day two: Epcot

What do you do at Epcot?

You eat of course!

And become secret agents with Perry the Platypus

Then get turned into a Winnie the Pooh / Tigger sandwich

And then you go to France
To eat more delicious food

Check out these two cuties

Our food day also included a mutant strawberry for our snack!

Disney World: Animal Kingdom

 Cute Ears Boyd!

Day 1 at Disney: Animal Kingdom

 We rode the Dinosaur ride
Over and over and over again.
Because we're cool like that.
And because it was kinda the only ride the little ones could go on.

 And Everest . . .
Yikes

Sister Missionaries

I love these girls.
We always have such a good time together.
How awesome are they? They give up 18 months of their lives to serve
the Lord and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ for our Church.
They are truly amazing and I am ever so grateful I got to spend time with them.

Walk, Walk - Waddle, Waddle

Boyd has been dreaming of this day for years
He Looooves Penguins
He has this penguin named 32
Looks just like the one below.
Took it to college with him.
Ask one of his old roommates, they will tell you all about 32

The Cincinnati Zoo holds a Penguin Parade in the winter
You, yes, you can walk with the penguins!

Before the waddle waddle walk we got to visit with them

We can hardly contain our excitement!

It was also a big day for me as well.
I HATE birds.
They flutter in your face and can poop on you any second.
I got a chance to hold a Kia bird.
It took all my will power not to scream and flap my arms and run away from this thing.
It wasn't so bad after all.  (and I didn't get pooped on)

Go to the Cincinnati zoo in the winter. It's a lot of fun!

Living in a van, down by the river

Have you ever watched the SNL sketch with Chris Farley where he is a motivational speaker who lives in a van down by the river? If you haven't, go google it. now. seriously.

This year we felt a bit like our friend Matt Foley. With traveling so much around the country and having to be at hospitals in record time we spent many a nights sleeping in our car because we didn't have time to pull over to a real hotel and sleep for a full night. Plus, as students we have to  try to save some pennies as we go along our journey. Ever wonder why bums sleep in card board boxes? Because it's so much warmer! No joke. Our friends were moving and sent some boxes home with us from Texas in January. Boyd put them up in the windows to block the lights. Between the boxes and our hats, gloves, boots, jackets, and blankets we stayed warm the whole night. We have tried the same technique with sheets and pillowcases up in the widows. While not quite as effective as the boxes, they still had a fun tent feel to them. Like camping. . . .
This is one of those moments I bet my parents are real proud of me (said with sarcasm)

Ghettolicious!

Christmas Catch Up

Christmas Eve was filled with these cuties
Josh got to play baby Jesus

 Flo was a wise (wo)man bearing gifts of . . . tissues

Shepherds

Miss Heidi Lou got to be Mary

 Alice, the Angel

Good ol' shepherds in their bath robes (I'm guessing Boyd is the manger)

New Bills family tradition: Jammies on Christmas Eve.
Wait, but in the Bills family you DO NOT open presents until Christmas morning!
Well, that rule was quickly broken

And then you have your other traditions,
like watching the Penguins of Madagascar Christmas special.
Until Grandma says it's time for dessert
Isaac was left all alone.
We thought he just didn't hear Grandma. So Boyd and I yelled his name and told him to go get dessert to which he replied "I already had a treat." What a good kid.

Christmas morning I woke up to:
the kids watching the Muppets Christmas Carrol

You know that excitement?
and you know your toes can't cross the line until certain thing happen like:
Aunt Allison taking your pictures
having to eat breakfast
and just point blank waiting for everybody else to get up.

Boyd got his Legos

And we both got these awesome poppers that shoot balls. Seriously so fun!
How old are we?

I got hair towels, which are quite possibly one of the best things know to woman kind

Boyd seriously spoiled me with this beautiful necklace and matching earrings

We gave this gift to Kelly, who just happens to be a Pediatric GI Dr. ha ha ha

Christmas might have been a little too much fun, especially for Ginger puppy.
